JAMMU: A programme regarding community participation fete was held at Zonal Headquarter of Jammu District to sensitise VEC established in different schools.
In the programme, a large number of VEC members participated. They were oriented about their role and responsibilities towards the schools regarding their overall development and to act in accordance with all the centrally sponsored schemes like SSA and RMSA.
After detailed discussion, the VEC members assured that they will try their best to implement these schemes in all the schools and will fully cooperate with concerned ZEO and head of the institution in all development works of the institutions. Further they assured that they will extend every sort of community help that will secure the future of the students.
