Clerical Staff Assn seeks removal of pay anomalies

JAMMU: Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh All Departments Clerical Staff Association criticised the callous attitude of State Government for not removing the pay anomalies of the clerical cadre rather the wages of the legislatures are increased from time to time without any financial constrains.
In this regard, a meeting of the representatives of Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh All Departments Clerical Staff Association was held under its State President Babu Hussain Malik here today.
The Association members were demanded removal of pay anomalies, DPC in all departments after every six months and reorganization of the clerical cadre, implementation of Seventh Pay Commission, increase of medical allowance and regularization of Daily Wagers, Adhoc, contractual employees, Anganwari Wokers and ASHA Workers.
All the representatives in one voice appealed to the government to implement the judgement of the High Court in letter and Spirit regarding removal of pay anomalies of the clerical cadre at the earliest. Malik appealed to the Chief Minister and Finance Minister to do justice with the clerical cadre by removing the pay anomalies/disparity of the clerical cadre.
Among others who were present in the meeting include Bharat Bushan, Khurshid Ahmad Dewani, Ashok Singh, Javed Akhoon, Yash Paul Sharma, Meenakshi Sharma, Jaswant Singh, Ansuya Gupta, Seva Ram Rathore, Munish Sharma, Farida Bano, Vikas Chander, Mohd Lateef, Vikas Sharma, Mukhtyar Singh, Bharat Bushan Kotwal, Mohd Sadiq, Arun Sharma, Lekh Raj, Naresh Sharma, Om Prakash, Kapil Gupta, Uday Singh Pathania, Sandeep Singh, Shamsher Singh, Ranbir Singh, Darshan Angurana, Sham Lai, Sudershan Singh, Ali Mohd, Mangal Singh, Rafiq Mohd, Mohd Yaqoob Bhat, Feezo Jawahar Bashir, Mohan Lal and Sanjeev Singh Jamwal.
