Clerical cadre to hold protest on Jan 27, seeks removal of pay anomalies

JAMMU: Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh All Departments Clerical Staff Association decided to restart suspended Kam Chhoro Hartal in the shape of one day protest here on 27th January, 2017.
Talking to reporters, Babu Hussain Malik, State President of the Association, appealed to all the clerical cadre employees and other employees of Jammu Division to support the call for complete pen down strike on 27th January and to assemble in front of Press Club, here to show their solidarity with the clerical cadre employees who are fighting tooth and nail to get the matter of removal of pay anomalies implemented.
He also appealed to all the district bodies of employees to assemble in their individual District Development Commissioner’s office and submit memorandum in this behalf to the concerned District Development Commissioner.
All the representatives in one voice asked government to implement the judgment of the High Court vide SWP No. 3058/2015, MP No. 01/2015 in letter and spirit regarding removal of pay anomalies of the clerical cadre at the earliest.

Bharat Bushan Kotwal, Mohd Sadiq, Arun Sharma, Lekh Raj, Naresh Sharma, Om Prakash, Kapil Gupta, Uday Singh Pathania, Sandeep Singh, Shamsher Singh, Ranbir Singh, Darshan Angurana, Sham Lal, Sudershan Singh, Ali Mohd, Mangal Singh, Rafiq Mohd, Mohd Yaqoob Bhat, Feezo Jawahar Bashir, Mohan Lal, Sanjeev Singh Jamwal and Hafiz Rashid were also present in the press conference.
