JAMMU: The Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh All Departments Clerical Staff Association to hold pen down strike in support of their demands on July 12.
State President of the Association, Babu Hussaïn Malik, appealed to all the clerical cadre employees and other employees to support the call for Kashmir Chalo and Secretariat Gherao on 12th July and to observe complete pen down strike to show their solidarity with the clerical cadre.
He appealed to the government to implement the judgment of the High Court in letter and Spirit regarding removal of pay anomalies of the clerical cadre at the earliest.
The association condemned the previous State Government for betraying from the commitment made between the employees and the government wherein it was promised to fulfill all the agreed demands of the employees including pay anomalies of the clerical cadre but nothing was done.
He also described the Pay Anomalies Committee made by the government as an eye wash just to befool the Clerical cadre employees.
