JAMMU: The High Court of Jammu and Kashmir has ordered suspension of Mahmud Anwar Al-Nasir, the then Sub-Judge Pattan and presently Chief Judicial Magistrate Kargil.
According to an order issued by Ashok Kumar Koul, Registrar General of the High Court, “Consequent upon the acceptance of the report of Registrar Vigilance by Full Court vide resolution dated 10th November, 2016, a regular enquiry has been instituted against Mahmud Anwar Al-Nasir, the then Sub-Judge Pattan (presently CJM Kargil). In the meanwhile, he has been placed under suspension. He shall remain attached with the Registrar Judicial, Srinagar Wing”.
