JAMMU: High Court of Jammu and Kashmir will remain closed for the winter vacation with effect from the January 2 to 28, 2023 (both days inclusive). The period commencing from January 2 to 7, 2023 is ‘No Work Period’ for the High Court.
Chief Justice (A) of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court Tashi Rabstan nominated Justice Mokash Khajuria Kazmi as Vacation Judge for Jammu wing from January 9 to 14, 2023, Justice Rahul Bharti as Vacation Judge for Jammu wing from January 16 to 21, 2023 and Justice Mohammad Akram Chowdhary as Vacation Judge for Jammu wing from January 23 to 28, 2023.
Justice Rajesh Sekri as Vacation Judge for Srinagar wing from January 9 to 14, 2023, Justice Wasim Sadiq nargal as Vacation Judge for Srinagar wing from January 16 to 21, 2023 and Justice Mohan Lal as Vacation Judge for Srinagar wing from January 23 to 28, 2023.
