SAMBA: On the occasion of celebration of elimination of Child Labour week, the Assistant Labour Commissioner Samba, Labour Officer Samba alongwith staff, visited various establishments i.e. Dhabas, Tea Stalls and Restaurants to check the employment of Child Labour.
During the course of inspection no Child Labour was found employed in the establishments inspected.
Further, the public in general and shopkeepers in particular were asked not to employ any child below the age of 14 years in their establishments to avoid penalties and legal action.
