Chenab Valley polytechnics sans infrastructure: NSUI

DODA: National Student’s Union Of India (NSUI) Unit Doda held a protest against technical board of J and K at Doda. The protest was organised under the chairmanship of NSUI State Secretary Mehran Anjum Mir.
While speaking on the occasion, State Secretary said that the Chief Minister and Technical Education Minister stressed for modernisation of education scenario of J&K but the technical colleges particularly of Chenab Valley are crying for basic facilities and infrastructure.
Students are forced to sit on carpet in open ground as the polytechnic faces shortage of desks and chairs, alleged Mehran.
Asking the State Govt to fulfill their commitment of modernization of education, Mehran Anjum Mir appealed Technical Education Minister Imran Raza Ansari to look into this matter and fulfill the colleges requirements as soon as possible. Those who were present includes College president Majid Majeed, Rayees Majid Butt, Amit Rana, Mohd Saleem, Saif Din, Anil Bhagat, Mohd Idress, Ajaz Ahmed, Shahmeem Abdullah, Naseer Ahmed Mir, Vishal Kotwal, Shakir Din,Wajid Hussain, Raqib Bashir and others.
