Centre should take people of Jammu, Kashmir, Ladakh into confidence: Sikh organisations

JAMMU: Welcoming the visit of All Party Delegation to Kashmir, various Sikh organisations of the State urged Centre to take into confidence all the persons of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh into confidence while trailing this issue. In a meeting here on Thursday, Mohinder Singh, Chief Organiser of Bhai Kahahaya Niskam Seva Soceity J and K and an Ex-Member of DGPC Jammu said that the All Party Delegation must solve the crisis this time so that innocent youths do not suffer any more. Now coming on to the idea of talking with the persons in PoK besides the issue of Balochistan, he said that the refuges of 1947 want that their issue should first be tackled with them who had left property worth crores of rupees in PoK and now are struggling for settlement as till date none has come forward to talk about this issue with them. He appealed to the Prime Minister to talk with the people of PoK refugees and settle their issues. Avtar Singh Khalsa, Dharb-inder Singh, Ramneek Singh, Raja Singh, Fateh Singh, Surinder Singh Kala, Paramjeet Singh, Kulwant Singh, Manm-ohan Singh, were also present in the meeting.
