JAMMU: Crime Branch Jammu registered a case against one Sunita Devi, her husband Joginder Kumar son of Charan Dass both resident of Kotli Pain Udhampur and officers/officials of Revenue and CA&PD Department, Udhampur under Sections 420, 465, 466, 467, 468, 471, 120-B RPC.
According to the FIR a complaint was lodged by Prem Nath with the Crime Branch, wherein the he had alleged that Sunita Devi in connivance with her
husband Joginder Kumar and officials of Revenue Department and CAPD Department had procured fake PRC in her favour showing her as the permanent resident of Village Kotli Pain, Udhampur and thereafter had used the same intentionally and deliberately in order to secure her appointment as ReT teacher in Govt. Primary School Delli Chak, Udhampur though she was not the resident of the said village nor her husband owned any movable or immovable property in the said village at the time of issuance of the PRC in her favour etc.
During the preliminary verification was initiated in Crime Branch, Jammu and during the course of verification it was found that accused Joginder Kumar and his wife were the permanent residents of Village Kotli Pain Tehsil and District Udhampur where they were jointly residing in the house of the brother of Joginder Kumar as Joginder Kumar was recorded as the co-owner in Khasra No. 70 of village Kotli Pain and that there was no entry of Joginder Kumar and Sunita Devi in the records of Revenue Department in village of Delli Chak.
It was only after acquiring the knowledge of advertisement regarding ReT teacher that accused Joginder Kumar managed to obtain the ration card and State Subject in connivance with the officers/officials of the revenue/CAPD department in their favour showing him and his wife as residents of
village Delli Chak and lateron used the certificates intentionally to secure the appointment of accused Sunita Devi as ReT.
