KATHUA: On the directions of Minister for Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution Department a toll free telephone No. 01922-233902 has been installed in the Office of Assistant Director CAPD Kathua to redress the complaints of the public of District Kathua.
General public can register their complaints related to overcharging, non-display of rate list, non-supply of LPG cylinder and any kind of irregularities on the toll free number.
The complaints shall be attended immediately and redressal of the complaint will be done by the department on top priority.
