JAMMU: The State Cabinet meet rescheduled for Wednesday has been postponed till May 18.
Sources attributed the reason of postponing the meeting to absence of some minister in the summer capital, who are reportedly pre-occupied with official engagements in Jammu or elsewhere. The Cabinet is likely to approve certain key and large scale transfers and postings in the police and civil administration.
Reliable sources informed that the next date for the cabinet meet shall be fixed for May 18.
Initially, the meet was scheduled for May 11 (Monday), which was later rescheduled for May 13 (Wednesday).
