VIJAYPUR: The burglars barged into the house of one Kuldeep Singh son of Basakhi Ram in Ward No 8, Vijaypur late in the night of Thursday and decamped with six tolas of gold ornaments and a cash of Rs 17,000.
Sources said that the owner along with his family was away to his relative and in his absence the burglars broke into the house.
The burglars broke open the door of locker and collected six tolas of gold and the cash kept in it. Owner of the house on his return found locks broken and reported to the police. SHO Vijaypur alongwith his team reached the spot and started investigation.
