NOWSHERA: In spite of their repeated warnings the BSNL has failed to provide them better services, a large number of subscribers have surrendered the BSNL connections. Pt Narender Sharma, Sonu Datta, Navdeep Kumar, Sumit Bali and others alleged that number of times they informed the BSNL authorities of their shortcomings in providing services to the subscribers and warned them of surrendering their connections but the authorities took no cognisance of the problems of their customers and ignored their warnings even. The subscribers sitting in the far flung border areas of Nowshera explained their difficulty in making payment of their bills every month either at Rajouri or at Sunderbani in the absence of the cash counter at Nowshera but the BSNL paid no heed to their problem.
In the wake of poor services of BSNL the subscribers have been forced to surrender their connections and shift to other agencies. The remaining subscribers will also surrender their connections soon they said.
