JAMMU: Arya Lochan and Lakshay Jamwal won first place in Open and 18 kg weight categories respectively of boys’ under-12 year age group in the ongoing BSF School Judo Competition at Gymnasium Hall of BSF Stadium, here on Thursday.
The second place in open category went to Krish Handoo while Vinayak Verma remained third. Similarly, in under-18 kg event, Prakshit Chib was second while third place shared by Jaideep and Harnoor Singh.
Today’s bouts were officiated by the technical penal comprising Judo coach of State Sports Council, Suraj Bhan Singh, Rameshwar Singh Jamwal and Rajinder Singh.
Meanwhile, the competition shall conclude tomorrow with the holding of prize distribution function at the same venue.
