JAMMU: Realising the importance of the games and sports in the school activities, Border Security Force (BSF) School Paloura conducted Inter-house u-14 Football Tournament for boys in the school campus.
Principal, Dr. S.K Shukla inaugurated the tournament on 18th April, which concluded today with the final match.
In the tournament four Houses- Nehru, Raman, Gandhi and Tagore competed in a healthy spirit with each other.
In the final played today, Tagore House defeated Gandhi House by 3- 0. Sidant Karki and Aryan Manhas of Tagore House were declared the best players of the tournament.
Principal, Dr. S.K Shukla wished best of luck to the incharges, Veerji Pandita and Amarjeet Singh for their efforts.
He hoped that the school will excel in the games and sports activities not only in the intra-mural activities but will definitely prove themselves at other levels of competition.
