JAMMU: The Indian Body Builders Federation (IBBF) has announced the selection trial for the prestigious 17th Senior Men’s & Women’s Bodybuilding Championship 2026, scheduled to be held from 28th to 29th March 2026 at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
The national championship will take place on 28th March at Crown Palace Hotel, South Tukoganj, and on 29th March at Basket Ball Complex.
The event is being organized by Rajya Sharir Saushthav Sanstha under the aegis of IBBF and is expected to witness participation from top athletes representing various states and Union Territories across the country.
To select the team representing Jammu & Kashmir, a selection trial will be conducted under the banner of the Jammu & Kashmir Sports Council on March 8, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at International Gym.
Bodybuilders and physique athletes from across the Union Territory are invited to participate in different weight and category divisions. The trial aims to identify talented and competitive athletes capable of representing J&K at the national level.
Participants must report on time with proper competition attire, valid government-issued identification, and complete registration formalities.
The selection process will strictly follow IBBF rules to ensure transparency and fairness.
