JAMMU: To celebrate the World Yoga Day, Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan (BLSKS) in coordination with Unison Cultural Troupe, Sangam Tru Art Production and ESRM presented its 55th Musical Play Swasth Bharat here on Saturday.
The play was written and directed by M.L Dogra, Chairman, BLSK and the music composed by Raju Bajgal.
The programme was inaugurated by the Chief Guest, V.K Magotra, former Regional Director , Directorate of Field Publicity, and Dr. Tara Singh Charak, former Deputy Director, Health Department. R.P Amla, Information Department, and Dr Anju Dogra of Health Department were the Guests of Honour.
Nukkad Nataks, skits, songs and dances were presented to aware the masses. The yoga classes were also organised under the supervision of Dr. Anju Dogra.
Chairman BLSKS highlighted the importance of yoga.
Those who performed include Usha Handoo, Raju Bajgal, Rajesh, J.K Raina, Rajat Verma, Sant Das, Komal Rajput, Rajni Gupta, Neelam Gandotra, Hemraj, Kamli Devi, Sunil Kumar, Shivani Disgotra, Deevam Jandiyal, Maitri Salaria, K.K Joshi, M.C Kotwal, Rakshit Sharma, Dhruv Pandit, Pranavi Khajuria, Rajanya Khajuria, Samarth Gupta, Sanam Gupta, Vansh Raina, Darsh, Renu Saproo, Shaksham Khajuria, Abhyudaya Sharma, Rajveer, Vandana Gupta, Anantika Sharma, Bhumika Chib, Neelam Chib, Ayush Bhat, Rahul Wanchoo and Mohammad Afroz.
