SAMBA: DDC Ghagwal Suresh Kumar flanked by BDC Chairman Ghagwal Vijay Tagotra and officials of the Public Works Department on Tuesday started the work of laying tar on Soanda road.
Inaugurating the laying of black topping on the same 2 kilometer road, DDC member Suresh Kumar (Falli) said that the years old demand of the people has been fulfilled today.
Black topping work will be laid for 2 km on this route which will cost Rs 17.4 lakh and soon the work of laying tar on the road leading to Devasthan will also be started. DDC said that the problem of water in Soanda village will also be resolved soon as construction work of tubewell will be started in the village.
