BJP organises day-long workshop on ‘Sankalp Se Siddhi’ programme to mark 11 years of PM Modi’s Governance

JAMMU: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) held a day-long workshop on its ‘Sankalp Se Siddhi’ programme at the party headquarters in Trikuta Nagar, here on Sunday, to commemorate 11 years of transformative governance under Prime Minister Narendra Modi. J&K BJP President Sat Sharma, accompanied by Leader of Opposition and General Secretary Sunil Sharma, General Secretary (Organization) Ashok Koul, MP Jugal Kishore Sharma, BJP National Secretary Dr. Narinder Singh (MLA), General Secretary and Programme Incharge Adv. Vibodh Gupta (former MLC), and former Minister Priya Sethi addressed the workshop. Programme Co-Incharges Pawan Sharma, Rekha Mahajan, and Raghunandan Singh Bablu were also present. The workshop was attended by BJP District Presidents, District Prabharis, and senior leaders from various Districts.

Sat congratulated the party cadre for the success of Operation Sindoor and hailed the bravery of the Indian Armed Forces. He stressed intensifying local meetings and promoting central welfare schemes to ensure the message of good governance reaches every household. Sunil Sharma highlighted the unprecedented development in J&K under the Modi government and criticized the National Conference (NC) for its failure to fulfill promises made in its 2024 Assembly Election manifesto. He underscored the contrast between BJP’s delivery and the NC’s governance record. Ashok Koul laid out the roadmap for upcoming party activities, including similar workshops at District level. He shared that the programmes under ‘Sankalp Se Sidhi’ will be initiated with the press meet of JP Nadda, BJP National President. The further programmes will include professional meets at district level, Viksit Bharat Sankalp Sabha at Mandal level, Choupal at Shakti Kendra level, and Punyatithi of Dr. Shyama Prasad Mookerjee on June 23.
Jugal Kishore Sharma provided an in-depth overview of central welfare schemes for marginalized communities and how these initiatives have empowered the needy and neglected communities. Dr. Narinder Singh urged active participation in environmental initiatives, including Plantation Drives. Adv. Vibodh Gupta encouraged large-scale celebrations of International Yoga Day at the Mandal level and stressed observing June 25 as Black Day to remember the sacrifices made by the people of India in the fight to uphold democratic values during the Congress-imposed Emergency.
Priya Sethi, who conducted the proceedings, highlighted the Modi government’s dedication to transparency, accountability, and the upliftment of disadvantaged communities.
The workshop began with a warm welcome by Rekha Mahajan, while Pawan Sharma concluded the session with a vote of thanks.
