BJP dancing to PDP’s tunes, ditches Jammu, alleges Shiv Sena

NEW DELHI: Shiv Sena (Bala Sahib Thackery) strongly criticised the opposition to the establishment of Sainik Colonies in Kashmir by Kashmir based political parties and described their move as anti – India. On the occasion party also criticised Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for its anti India statements.
While speaking at the programme here on Wednesday, State President of Shiv Sena Dimpy Kohli said that party leadership jointly is of the view that India is one and no power can divide it on the basis of caste, creed and religion.
Kohli said that in the Centre NDA is bowing in front of anti-nationalists, separatists and in the State BJP is also dancing to the tunes of PDP and totally surrendered its promises made with the people of Jammu during election time. He said that proposal of J and K Rajya Sainik Board for creation of two colonies one in Srinagar and another in Budgam was approved in the year 2012 at the highest level with process of land identification also having been initiated.
He further said it was highly disconcerting to note that the proposal was being shelved in the BJP partnered Government in the State and BJP led Government at the Centre not withstanding its solemn pledge during elections to promote the interests of ex-servicemen and the armed forces. He regretted that not only on the issues of Sainik Colonies but also on NIT, NEET, the BJP had made successive surrenders only to keep their second fiddle role in the government intact and their ministerial berths secure.
He said that Shiv Sena is the only party, which will safeguard the interests of Jammuites and will leave no stone unturned in solving their problems.
Senior leader Shiv Sena, Vinay Shukla strongly criticised statement of AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal that India should lose its right on Kashmir as people of Kashmir want freedom. Such types of statements clearly showed that Arvind Kejriwal is a person who is dangerous for the integrity of the country.
