POONCH: A youth was killed when his bike skidded off while negotiating a sharp curve on Mandi – Poonch road on Saturday.
The youth identified as Choudhary Sartaj Ahmed, son of Mir Mohammad, resident of Azmabad, Tehsil Mandi was seriously injured when his bike bearing registration No JK12-5462 skidded off the road at village Chaktro on Mandi – Poonch road.
He was immediately shifted to District Hospital Poonch where the doctors declared him as brought dead.
His body was later handed over to his family members after completing the legal formalities.
