Bhasin asks PDP workers to reach out to masses

JAMMU: Calling upon party workers to reach out the masses to solve their problems, General Secretary of PDP, Daman Bhasin said that common masses have suffered a lot during the six year tenure of previous NC-Congress regime.

While addressing party workers meeting in connection with the mass contact programme, Bhasin said that during its 100 days tenure the present PDP-BJP regime in the State has taken many revolutionary steps to address grievances of the people. He said that Jammu and Kashmir was going to script a new chapter of peace and development especially after formation of PDP-BJP Government under the leadership of Mufti Mohammad Sayeed.

Bhasin said that people of Jammu and Kashmir have high hopes on this government and workers of PDP have to play greater role in the present scenario. He asked the party workers to work with zeal and dedication to solve basic problems of the common masses.

Among those who were present in the meeting include Vikramaditya Singh, MLC, Surinder Choudhary, MLC, Trilok Singh Bajwa, former Rajya Sabha member, Ved Mahajan, ex-MLC, Jatinder Bhat, State Secretary PDP, Ashok Jogi, R.K Bali, Puneet Jamwal, Vikas Bhatti, Balbir Singh, Geeta Thakur, Chaman Angral and Vikram Singh.
