Bhagwat Saptah begins with full religious fervour in Amb Garota

JAMMU: A week-long “Shrimadbhagwat Tatva Gyan Yagya” (Bhagwat Katha) was started at Raghunath Mandir in village Amb Garota of Jammu with full zeal, religious fervour and gaiety.
The programme was commenced on 27th of this month and would conclude on 4th of October under the supervision of His Holiness Atal Pethadishwar Rajguru Acharya Mahamandleshwar Shri Shri 1008 Shri Swami Vishwatmanand Saraswati ji Maharaj.
Swamiji started the katha by saying that by listening the Bhagwat Katha, one can change his way of life to large extent.Swamiji further said that our expressions only give birth to falsehood and makes the world untrue ultimately.To carry forward the story, Swamiji said that God is in all, but he is also the most different, he is with us every moment.The Bhagwat Saptah involves reading, preaching, interpretation and singing of verses of the Shrimad Bhagwat and it was filled with colours of devotion, laughter, tales of separation and union with almighty.
During the entire function, Swamiji, the main orator of the katha, would explain each and every aspect of the life history of Lord Krishna in the week long katha with the help of various characters who would play different roles like Sudama, Kansa, Raasleela accordingly. Shrimadbhagwat provides that light which enables Jeeva (human being) to experience the wonderful freedom of liberation.
