KATHUA: Barnoti Zone won under-17 yrs boys Kabaddi final in the Inter-Zonal District Level Competition being organized by the Department of Youth Services and Sports Kathua for AAG boys in Kabaddi and girls in volleyball at Sports Stadium Kathua.
DYSSO Kathua, Sunil Kumar along with ZPEOs of 12 Zones, Activities Incharge Joginder Kumar and Nasib Chand, PEM Mohan Lal Dubb, PEM Dharminder Singh Shally, Lect. Chain Singh, Brij Bhushan and Field Staff present on the occasion.
A total of 125 boys of 12 zones were participated today in under-17 section of Kabaddi.
Result: Pool A: Marheen beat Hiranagar by seven points. Pool B: Barnoti beat Kathua by seven points. Final: Barnoti outplayed Marheen by 13 points.
Today’s matches were officiated by Punjab Singh, Sukh Ram, Omkar Singh, Naresh Kumar and Narinder Kumar.
