BUDGAM: A blanket ban has been imposed on the use of polythene and plastic related election material for the Assembly elections on the instructions of District Election Officer, Budgam.
The field agencies shall get the order implemented on ground in letter and spirit and the instructions shall be complied with by all the concerned forthwith.
