BISHNAH: Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMIC) Bishnah Ananta Raina rejected bail plea of Anuradha, daughter of Hans Raj, resident of Harsa Dabbar in a dowry death case.
As per details, 20 years old woman died due to dowry harassment after which police registered a case vide FIR no 137 against Anuradha. The lawyer of Anuradha, Pardeep Malhotra sought bail from Court stating that her client is being wrongfully dragged in case. However, lawyer from UT APP Pawan Preet Singh stated before Court that the case is of dowry death of a young married woman. After hearing both sides, Court rejected bail plea of accused woman.
