JAMMU: Democratic Pannun Kashmir (DPK) on Monday condemned former Union Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad for misleading the people of Kashmir by saying that PDP has disrespected the mandate of Kashmiri people. Convener DPK Ravinder Jalali said that PDP on the contrary has respected the mandate of both the regions and has ensured power balance among all the regions. “Azad is deliberately making such communal and regionally biased statements in Kashmir. If PDP has acted to gain power only then it would have accepted the support of Congress, NC as well as all the Kashmir based parties including that of Tarigami and independents. The party also criticised the Congress for blaming PDP for bringing RSS into J&K. “This is absurd. How RSS is a threat to secular fabric of nation?” he asserted.
