JAMMU: Former Chief Minister of J&K, Ghulam Nabi Azad has extended his heartfelt congratulations to Mithun Manhas on being elected as the President of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).
Taking to social media, Azad expressed pride in Manhas, who hails from Bhalessa, District Doda, and described the achievement as a proud moment for the entire Jammu & Kashmir region.
