Ayushmaan of KC Public School selected for NASA trip

JAMMU: Orange Foundation New Delhi conducted an on-line examination for the students of CBSE affiliated schools in Jammu to select outstanding students for a free trip to NASA in the USA.
Out of 185 students of KC Public School who wrote the examination, only 20 students were selected to appear in the national level examination which was held recently.
Ayushmann Sharma of class 9 bagged the All India Rank 1 in this competitive examination and was selected for a 10 days’ trip to the USA that would include a visit to the famed NASA.
Other students from KCPS who wrote the national level examination were Vansh Vardhan, Anushka Raina, Samarth Gupta, Ayush Sharma, Shivya Pandita, Chaynika Yadav, Maulik Jain, Amodhini Karwani, Mansahejpal Singh, Mehak Chobber, Rutkar Bhat, Akula Raina, Sambhavi Gupta, Avneesh Dhar, Eklavya Gandotra, Avinash Gupta, Adhyoksh Jyoti, Nipun Bhagat and Shivanki Gupta.
In a special morning assembly on Tuesday, Principal Amarendra Mishra felicitated all the students who took part in the examination and congratulated Ayushmaan for his outstanding performance in it.
