JAMMU: Atul Pangotra a National Institute of Sports (NIS) graded coach and Sher-e-Kashmir awardee, has become International Taekwondo Master and Hanmadang International Referee, from World Taekwondo Headquarter, Kukkiwon, South Korea.
He is the first Hanmadang International Referee from Taekwondo Federation of India.
Chairman, J and K Taekwondo Association Anil Gupta, President, P.C Shrama (Advocate) and Vice President (K) Nissar Hussain and Acting President of Taekwondo Federation of India, Raj Kakati congratulated Atul Pangotra on this auspicious achievement and wished him good luck for his bright future.
