JAMMU: The Management of ASN Higher Secondary School on Sunday released eighth issue of its annual school magazine “ADARSH” at its Channi Himmat branch.
Speaker, Kavinder Gupta was the Chief Guest while IGP (retd), A.Q Manhas, Commissioner JMC, Saujanya Sharma, Commandant IR-14th, R.C. Mannotra, SSP Telecommunication Jammu, D.P Singh, HoD Dogri Deptt, University of Jammu, Prof. Shiv Dev Manhas, State Commissioner, J and K Bharat Scouts and Guides, I.D Soni and Ex-Joint Secretary, JKBOSE Dr. Javeed Khateeb, were the Guests of Honour on the occasion. Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, Dr. Mandeep K Bhandari presided over the function.
Also present on the occasion were P.B Kapoor, Managing Director Adarsh Educational Trust, B.N Manhas and Rahul Kapoor, Dy Chief Editor, The Excel Express.
Chairman Adarsh Educational Trust, A.K.Kapoor presented the welcome address and congratulated the editorial board of the magazine for its consistent effort in making the magazine valuable. Group song was presented by the students.
Editor of the magazine, Ritesh Kapoor said that school magazine contains contribution of various resourceful persons those send articles on current topics for students to aware them about present scenario.
During the occasion, 14 students those have attained touching positions and distinctions in 8th Class Board Examinations were also felicitated by Dr. Mandeep K Bhandari. He congratulated the school management for providing quality education and an atmosphere to excel in various fields.
Vandana Trehan, Overall House Incharge of the school presented the vote of thanks.
