JAMMU: The three and a quarter month duration Ashvmedha Yagya started on 15th April with the blessings of Shri Shri 1008 Tapasvi Tapovali Bairagi Shri Mouniji Maharaj is going to conclude on 19th July this year with the performing of Puran Aahuti.
This was stated by Shri Shri 1008 Tapasvi, Tapovali Bairaghi Mouniji Maharaj Trust Secretary, Kulbushan Mohtra, while addressing media persons at here on Saturday.
Kulbushan said that about five lakh people have till date visited the Yagya site and participated in religious event.
Mouni Maharaj had ordained to organise this Yagya at Jammu on the conclusion of his 12 years of intense ‘Anushthaan’.
It had the role objective of bringing peace in the State and seeking blessings from the God for safety and security of the people.
During this ‘Anushthaan’ a large number of
prominent Hindu saints from different parts of the country came to Jammu for blessings.
Mohtra said that the ongoing Yagya is being performed for the world peace and brotherhood. He appealed to the people to join the Puran Aahuti on 19th July from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Trust Members Sham Kumar, Ramesh Kumar and Dubey, Management Committee Members Raju, Luv, Shishu and Ram were also present in the press conference.
