UDHAMPUR: ARTO Udhampur which was operating from Shiv Nagar on Monday shifted to Railway Road in Udhampur.
According to report, ARTO Udhampur Romesh Samnotra made the office operational from the new place. It is pertinent to mention here that earlier this office was functioning from Shiv Nagar just along with highway which was quite unsafe and not appropriate to carryon official activities, such as registration of new vehicles, to pass the old ones .
“New office is very spacious, having requisite ground and parking facilities which will improve functioning of the office in better way and people will feel more confortable, told ARTO Udhampur while talking to STATE TIMES.
On this occasion besides RTO Jammu Ashwani Khajuria, ARTO Udhampur Romesh Samnotra, MVD inspectors and other staff members were present.
