RAJOURI: Rashtriya Rifles Battalion, under Romeo Force, distributed furniture for the students and teachers of Government Primary School (GPS) Kalar Moda here on Wednesday. In a function held at the Government Primary School at Kalar Moda, Romeo Force distributed furniture which included five chairs, five tables and 38 double seated desks with attached benches for the teachers as well as students. Total six teachers, 59 students and 14 civilians attended the event.
The function was attended by the village Sarpanch, teaching staff, school children of Government Primary School Kalar Moda, parents and eminent citizens of the nearby villages. The programme concluded with vote of thanks from the School Headmaster Farooq Ahmed Khan.
The Sarpanch of Kalar Moda, Noor Ahmed Chaudhary also humbly thanked the Indian Army for understanding the needs of the people by providing the much needed infrastructure to the school.
