JAMMU: Army Public School (APS) Akhnoor clinched the title trophy in the inter-school volleyball tournament, organised by the Banyan International School, here on Friday.
In the final, played today, APS Akhnoor defeated Shiksha Niketan Higher Secondary School in straight sets of 25-10, 25-17, 25-07.
In all, nine teams from as many schools took part in this three-day competition held on knock-out basis in under-19 group.
In the final and prize distribution function, Principal of host, Banyan International School, Shounak Lahri was Chief Guest, who gave away the winners and runners-up trophies.
