Dear Editor,
Through the esteemed columns of your daily I want to bring notice of the DG Youth Services and Sports J and K about the delay in the sanctioning of the time bound cases ( situ promotions) for the next higher scales of the physical education teachers of the State whose cases are lying in the districts, division offices and the DG Sports Office while their counter parts in the general line education have easy way of sanctioning through Dy. CEO and Chief Education Officers are competent to sanction their cases.
It is requested to the DG Sports J and K either delegate sanctioning power to the Divisional Sports Officer or District Youth Services and Sports Officer or issue orders of sanctioning of time bound cases lying in his office so that physical teachers of different districts may not suffer.
