POONCH: A condolence meeting of Anjuman-e-Jafria Poonch, a socio religious organisation was held at Imam Bargah Poonch under the presidentship of Sayed Zaki Haider after concluding prayer of Jumma on Friday wherein terrorist attack in Peshawar on the innocent students and other staff members of the institution was condemned.
While speaking on the occasion the participants in a one voice said that it was an anti-Islamic act and such persons / organisation have no right to consider themselves Muslims, as Islam is a peaceful religion and does not allow any Muslim to do such anti humanity activities.
They expressed solidarity with the bereaved families of those innocent students who were killed in Peshawar Pakistan. They also expressed their grief over the loss of precious lives.
A special prayer was offered on this occasion and it was prayed that Almighty may give peace to the departed souls and courage to their parents to bear this irreparable loss which was unexpected. They appealed to all human race to remain united irrespective of caste, colour and creed so that humanity shall be saved otherwise such elements shall become more powerful for the destruction of humanity throughout the world.
Those who were present on the occasion include Alhaj Rahat Hussain Nehvi, Alhaj Ghulam Hussain Jafri, Maulana Sayed Alay Mohd Zaidi, Alhaj Bashir Hussain Mir, Alhaj Jaffar Hussain Wantoo , Intazar Hussain Sofi, Alhaj Irshad Hussain Sofi, Sayed Zakir Hussain Shah, Shabir Hussain Dar, Alhaj Ghulam Akbar Banday, Kafayat Hussain Sofi, Sayed Mohd Baqar Rizvi, Javaid Ali Quli, Maqbool Ahmed Quli, Anwar Hussain Wantoo, Sohail, Tahir Wani, Jaffar Bhatt and others.
