JAMMU: Eight matches were played in the ongoing Anantnag T-20 Cricket Champions League -2015, organised by Jammu and Kashmir Police under Civic Action Programme at different venues, here on Friday.
Islamia Cricket Club defeated FCC Kokernag by 78 runs while MIE Akura beat GDC XI by 38 runs in the matches played at Degree College Anantnag.
Meanwhile, at Sports Stadium Nanil, Hayaat Sports Anantnag outplayed JCC Nanil while Nowgam Blues trounced MCC CC Durigund by nine wickets.
Syed Sports Hugam defeated Krangsoo Sports by one wicket while City Guys Anantnag trounced Islamia CC by 11 runs in the matches played at Sports Stadium Seer.
At Sports Stadium Mattan, Veer Sports defeated Young Kadipora by eight.
