REASI: Two days Zonal Level Inter-School Competitions organised by the Department of Youth Services and Sports in the disciplines of Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, Volleyball and Wrestling for boys and girls in the age group of 14 and 17 years concluded on Monday at Mahore and Arnas Zones of District Reasi.
About 470 students of different educational institutions participated in the tournament.
During the concluding function Headmaster High School Chinkah Krishan Singh was the Special Guest. Others present includes Shiv Dutt Sharma, Chinta Devi, Gurvinder Singh, Bholi Devi, Zunaid Ali and number of local people. The competitions were organized under the directions of Jahangir Mir, Director General Youth Services and Sports and under the supervision of Dr. S.S Chib, District Youth Services and Sports Officer.
The matches were officiated by the technical team comprising Pardeep Nag, Ashok Kumar, Tour Kumar, Pushkar Raj, Romesh Chander, Anil Singh, Des Raj, Kuldeep Raj, Surinder Singh, Sukhwinder Singh and Harjeet Singh .

BOYS: Under 14 Kabaddi: HSS salalkote beat MS Salal Kotli by 25-23. Under-17: HSS Salal beat HSS Arnas by 18 Points. Volleyball under-17: HSS Salal beat HSS Arnas by 2-1. Kho-Kho under-14: Giridhar Shiksha Niketan beat MS Chubi by 3 points. Under-17: HSS Arnas beat HSS Salal by 10-05.
GIRLS: Kho-Kho under-14: KGBV beat MS Chubi by 9-7. Under-17: HS Chinkah beat HSS Arnas by 12-11. Kabaddi under-17: HSS Panassa beat HSS Arnas by 5 points.
Zone Mahore
BOYS Kabaddi under-14: PPP Mahore beat Mountaineering Convent School by 18-15. Kho-Kho under-17: PPP Mahore beat HSS Mahore by 23-15. Under-14: PP Mahore beat Mountaineering Convent by 14-04.
Volleyball under-14: Mountaineering Convent beat PP Mahore by 2-0. Under-17: PP Mahore beat HHS Mahore by 2-1.
GIRLS: Kho-Kho Under 17: HSS Mahore beat PP Mahore by 13-10.
