Appeal people to strengthen hands of PM Modi for equitable development

JAMMU: Yudhvir Sethi, J&K BJP Vice President along with Anil Masoom, Councillor of Ward No. 10, kick-started development works of lanes and drains worth Rs 27 lakh in Mohalla Afgana, Gali Khilone Wali, and Purani Mandi lane, falling in the Jammu East constituency.
Speaking on the occasion, Yudhvir Sethi emphasized that the initiation of development endeavors underlines the BJP’s steadfast dedication in addressing the concerns of people. He highlighted the transformative strides witnessed in Jammu and Kashmir since the advent of the Modi Government in 2014.
Sethi noted that prior to this, development funds designated for the Jammu region were often diverted to Kashmir, giving step motherly treatment to Jammu people. However, under the Modi regime, Jammu region has experienced a more balanced and equitable development trajectory.
“The Government at the Centre is fully dedicated to ensuring that the people of Jammu and Kashmir receive essential amenities for an improved quality of life,” he added. Sethi appealed to the public to rally behind and bolster the efforts of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi in the upcoming elections, with the goal of ensuring equitable development for all. He also commended the relentless efforts of Councillor Anil Masoom, highlighting his dedication in fulfilling the developmental needs of Ward No. 10.
Councillor Anil Masoom shared insights into the comprehensive development initiatives currently underway in Ward No. 10. He assured the people of the Ward No. 10 that numerous development projects are in the pipeline and the same will be executed in a phased manner. This strategic approach aims to address the diverse needs of the residents while ensuring efficient and sustainable development, he added.
The councillor said that public service is at the core of BJP ideology and he is leaving no stone unturned in serving the people of his Ward. He said that as a foot soldier of the party it is his prime duty to remain among the people and address their issues by taking up the same with the concerned authorities.
