Women living along LoC busy sewing Tricolor for rallies

URI BARAMULLA: The Har Ghar Tiranga campaign witnessed enthusiastic participation from the villagers along Line of Control, who distributed national flags to every household. These flags not only symbolised India’s sovereignty and unity but also togetherness that has been binding these villages. These rallies showcase the locals resilience and determination to contribute towards regional growth and prosperity A remarkable display of unity and patriotism unfolded in the forward areas of Boniyar Tehsil, Baramulla District, as villagers residing near the Line of Control joined hands for the “HarGharTiranga” rally. Collaborating with the Indian Army stationed in Boniyar Tehsil, local communities organised the event to promote national pride and solidarity. Highlighting the rally’s heartening aspect, national flags were crafted with pride in women’s tailoring centers established by the Indian Army. This initiative empowered local women, fostering sustainable development while underscoring the armed forces’ commitment. The forward areas of Kashmir have seen positive changes during the past four years. These rallies celebrated the progress, emphasising the unbreakable bond between armed forces and communities, as well as the commitment for regional growth.
