RAMBAN: Police on Saturday woman who was kidnapped and arrested the kidnapper at Chanderlote.
According to a report, a police party of Police Station Chanderkote led by SI Karnail Singh recovered the kidnapped women from Lakhanpur on 9th February 2017. The 27 years woman was kidnapped from Dhalwas area on 12th December 2017 by a kidnapper and one of his accomplice. A case vide FIR No.64 /2016 under section 366/109 RPC was registered at Police Station Chanderkote. Today, a Police team led by Insp. Daljeet Singh SHO successfully arrested the main accused identified as Mohd. Riyaz aged son of Ab. Rashid resident of Boonbari, Batote and other accomplice namely Mohd. Ashraf son of Lassa resident of Tringla Batote was arrested earlier and was released on bail by Court.
