SAMBA: One woman namely Neeta Devi (35) wife of Sat Paul resident of border village Sinki (Pangdour) Samba consumed some poisonous substance at her home on Saturday afternoon and became unconscious.
The family members immediately rushed her to Government District Hospital Samba. Since her condition was serious, she was evacuated to Government Medical College Hospital Jammu for specialised treatment.
The circumstances under which she took this extreme step could not be ascertained. However the police have registered the case for investigation.
