Naveen Shiksha Kendra students win 14 medals in nationals
JAMMU: Students of Naveen Shiksha Kendra, Bari Brahmana brought laurels to school by winning 14 medals in the recently concluded 11th Senior National Jump Rope Championship 2014, which was held in Gujarat.
In the championship, about 349 students of 20 states of the country including 22 from J and K State took part.
The team of J and K State won 20 medals wherein eight students of the school won 14 medals. The medal winners were Uddit Khullar (three gold), Raja Babu, Navjot Singh, Nadeem Sayyad (silver), Aman Rai, Ibrar Khan, Mohit Kumar, Raja Babu and Sanjeet Saini, Navjot Singh and Nadeem Sayyad (bronze).
The Principal, Rajeev Slathia, Vice-Principal, Pratibha Jamwal, staff members congratulated the winners.
