People of Jammu have this summer experienced and tolerated scorching heat and heat wave. They have become uneasy and have faced the wrath of hot summer which created difficulties for the people who were finding it difficult to go outside from their homes and hearths and were also finding it difficult to perform their daily chorus .The temperatures this summer reached 45 degree Celsius and generally it settled at more than 43 degree Celsius which was above normal at this time of the summer .Now the time has come for the arrival of much waited monsoons to bring some respite to the people from biting and scorching heat .Towards the last days of the month of hot June ,there is onset of humidity and the people swelter profusely .Jammuties are irked by the weather God and there is no respite to the people from biting heat and heat wave has made life of the people troublesome and inconvenient and this inconvenience is compounded by the breakdown of the electricity so often .Jammuites are eagerly and anxiously waiting for the arrival of monsoons so that its showers will bring down the mercury and give some relief from scorching heat .From few days monsoons have reached Delhi and there were incessant rains in some parts of the national capital which has made the weather pleasant .Now the people of Jammu are expecting arrival of monsoons so that there will be rains and the weather will turn pleasant .Pre-monsoon showers are continuing in Jammu from few days and it gave only a bit of relief to people of Jammu from intense heat .Jammuites are anxiously and eagerly waiting for coming of the monsoons .Now there is arrival of monsoons and with it there are rains everywhere and it has given much relief to people of Jammu as the climate of Jammu has become pleasant .The people of Jammu are embracing monsoons with open arms and are welcoming the arrival of monsoons .People in Jammu are jubilant and feel pleasure on the arrival of monsoons and are now experiencing the monsoon showers. God is benevolent and has ensured the arrival of monsoons in and around Jammu and it has turned Jammu’s climate good and pleasant and the people have got much relief from the scorching heat because there are incessant rains in Jammu .People of Jammu have prayed to God for good monsoons and the monsoons have arrived in and outside Jammu ,but the monsoons should be adequate and it should not lead to flash floods and thus to destruction and loss of lives. The people of Jammu are thankful to God almighty for bringing rains in and around Jammu as the rains have made the climate of Jammu pleasant as people are feeling total relief from the intense heat and humid climate .Yes, we should have adequate rains for immediate relief from the intense heat and heat wave and the adequate rains are also necessary for the good crops and thus good monsoon is essential for the crops and thus the farmers are making merry for the monsoons and they have waited for the arrival of good monsoons so that there will be good crops this year .people of Jammu are jubilant over the arrival of monsoons and they feel very pleasant and they enjoy the rains and pray to God for good and plenty of rains .But the rains should also be no so intense and incessant and should not bring in its wake the floods and thus cause destruction to property and loss of lives .it is rightly said that excess of everything is bad and it is so in case of monsoons as these are no exception to this golden rule .Thus excess of monsoons are undesirable and are not needed as they cause death and destruction as well as loss to the people affected by continuous and incessant rains .Monsoon should be good and adequate and there should not be raining for cats and dogs continuously as it definitely has the potential of causing floods which result in loss of property and even leads to loss of lives and thus rains should not be excess which cause ruin in its wake .However farmers pray for the good monsoons as good crops are also dependent on good monsoons and so the farmers remain eagerly waiting for the arrival of monsoons that too good as the crops are dependent upon good monsoons and therefore farmers always pray for good monsoons as their development and economic wellbeing is dependent upon good monsoons .Thus good monsoons are a blessing for the people especially for the farming community and it becomes a curse when monsoons exceed its limits and causes death and destruction. We are witness to the fact that excess rains cause havoc in many parts of India as monsoons brings in its train floods and it leads to death and destruction. Therefore God should send good monsoons so that it will contribute to good harvest and also lead to pleasantness in climate and also give the needed relief to the people from intense heat .Thus rain god -Inder Daveta should be benevolent and bring good rains which will not only turn the climate of Jammu very pleasant but will also contribute to good crops and harvest .To conclude it can be opined that with the arrival of monsoons in and outside Jammu ,the climate has turned pleasant and it has given major relief to people from intense and scorching heat .Monsoon is bringing relief and respite to people from the inconvenience due to intense heat .We are now experiencing pleasant climate and are celebrating the arrival of monsoons and are going to outside to enjoy monsoon showers .May God be benevolent on us and keep rains in control so that it may not turn in flash floods which cause death and destruction but it should be within its limits and turn the climate of Jammu pleasant .In the end we thank God for good monsoons this year.
