JAMMU: Karan Singh, son of former MLC and Chairman of State Gurdwara Parbandhak Board and head of All J&K Transport Welfare Association, T S Wazir who was murdered in Delhi on Sept 3, 2021 expressed thank to Commissioner of Delhi Police and Crime Branch of Delhi Police who have arrested main conspirators and fairly investigated the case with full honesty and without any interference.
“In fact the arrested people were trying to influence the investigation prior to their arrest by using their contacts with high officials and now they are trying to sabotage the investigation through the misuse of the official positions being held by their family members.” he said. “Crime Branch of Delhi Police has done a commendable job by arresting the main accused who had been absconding and has also unearth and made arrest of three main conspirators behind the murder to us by cracking the conspiracy behind this murder,” he said adding that on behalf of my family, civil society and all the supporters of my father, I am thankful to Commissioner of Delhi police and the entire team of Crime Branch NR-1 of Delhi police for unearthing the conspiracy and providing fair investigation. “We are all confident of justice and hope that who is involved in the conspiracy or murder won’t be spared,” he said. “The matter has been under investigation for past one and half year and now only after the arrest and interrogation of the main accused Harpreet Singh from Jammu, Crime Branch of Delhi police was able to unearth the conspiracy and arrest the three accused Sudarshan Singh Wazir, Harjinder Singh Raina and Jagpal Singh on the basis of evidence collected by crime branch of Delhi police,” Karan Singh said in a press conference here on Thursday. He said that that one of the accused/conspirator Sudarshan Singh Wazir is a willful bank defaulter who has siphon money in crores of rupees of the people of J&K and misused the funds through his fraudulent companies.
“This has been ratified by a public notice issued by J&K Bank in press on July 1, -2021,” he said adding “We have full faith in Indian judiciary and Crime Branch of Delhi police and hope that the murderers of my father will be punished for their crime.”
