JAMMU: Volleyball Association of Jammu and Kashmir (VAJK) on Wednesday shortlisted 28 promising boys for its 21-day summer coaching camp to be held at JK Public School Kunjwani, here.
The two-day selection process took place in the age group of under-16 boys at volleyball courts of MA Stadium, here. Earlier, 80 young players attended to the trials initiated by the Association under the guidance of the technical panel.
The trials took place under the guidance of Hony General Secretary of the Association, Vijay Magotra. Other officer bearers of Volleyball Association of Jammu and Kashmir present during the selection trails were Executive Vice President H.S Gill, Treasure R.C Sharma, Officiate Secretary Akbar Ali, Executive Member Mohd Tariq, Chief Executive Officer and Associate Secretary of Volleyball Federation of India, Kuldip Magotra, Head Coach Sujad Hussain and Assistant Coach Naresh Sharma.
