RS PURA : The residents of village Langotian held a protest against PWD alleging them for poor road on Benagarh – Kotli Miyan Fateh Road.
The protesters said that due to poor quality of bitumen and other material used in the work for the premix carpet the road has been damaged immediately after completion alleging that the work has been executed below specification. They demanded that an inquiry should be ordered into the use of sub-standard material by the contractor in connivance with the site engineers.
Congress youth leader Khushwant Singh, Janak Raj, Abdul Hamid, Baba Ram, Ratan Lal, Rajesh Kumar, Darshan Lal and others requested the SDM RS Pura to hold an inquiry into the premix work done on Benagarh – Kotli Miyan Fateh Road.
