JAMMU: MLC Vikramaditya Singh on Thursday extended wholehearted support for promoting rich culture and heritage of the State and stressed on spreading awareness on the significance of retaining ethnicity and ethos.
He was addressing a gathering at a function organized by Shree Ram Leela Club Sainik Colony to celebrate Nav-ratras.
Chief guest on the occasion, he lauded the efforts of the club in creating cultural awareness among the people. The Ram Leela scene enacted on the day five of festival showcased Raja Dashrat Darbar and Rani Kakayi, Shree Ramji and Kewat Milap. Club members including Er S.S Jamwal, R.S Bandral, Ram Singh Slathia, Surinder Singh Jamwal, Ajeet Chowdhary, P.S Chowdhary and Satpal Singh Slathia were also present.
